Requirements

This is a full time, fixed term contract role (4- 6 months) with at least 2 days working in our Clubhouse in Soho.

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Lead programmes end-to-end: shaping insights, developing ideas, and driving strategic thinking;
• Oversee research and idea generation, always linking back to commercial challenge;
• Build trusted relationships client relationships as a go-to-partner;
• Create and deliver impactful client presentations and workshops;
• Track project performance and help ensure profitability;
• Sport and convert opportunities for growth with existing clients;
• Guide and mentor junior consultants, giving clear feedback and direction;
• Contribute to thought leadership and share your perspective in the market.

Skills you'll need:

• Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into clear, creative ideas.
• Skilled in research, analysis and connecting insights to commercial outcomes.
• Natural curiosity that drives you to ask better questions, see beyond the brief and spark bold ideas.
• The ability to build strong relationships- internal and external- build on trust, honesty and collaboration.

• Time off. 23 days of holiday (rising to 28 over time), plus an additional 3 days when we close between Christmas and New Year. The allowance is pro rata based on the duration of the contract.
