ERM is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Sustainability & Climate Solutions team in the UK. You will work on innovative projects focused on helping companies reach net zero and transition in a low-carbon economy.

Who are you?

You have a strong interest in addressing the climate crisis and enjoy working with people and clients. You can manage complex data, identify key trends, and provide valuable insights. Your qualities include:

• Advisory skills such as analytical thinking, flexibility, and active communication
• Relevant experience in climate change/transition (e.g., consulting or in-house CSR)
• Experience in greenhouse gas accounting and reporting (e.g., GHG Protocol, SECR, PCAF, EEIO), target setting (e.g., SBTi)
• Knowledge of reporting frameworks (e.g., CDP, TCFD) and awareness of developments like EU CSRD, SASB, GRI
