We are hiring for our Passenger Transport team at Senior Consultant level, offering hybrid work options. Successful candidates can be based in London, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds. The role involves delivering Bus Team projects across the UK, working closely with the team to meet client needs.

The role includes advising on smart ticketing, fares, network planning, and operational optimization, with responsibilities such as:

  • Supporting technical delivery of bus operations and ticketing projects
  • Client liaison to understand and fulfill requirements
  • Delivering technical solutions independently or as part of a team
  • Engaging with clients on future needs and securing new business
  • Continuing personal development
  • Supporting wider transport projects within the division
  • Project and proposal management
  • Communicating project objectives effectively
  • Ensuring model quality for investment decisions
  • Preparing technical reports and presentations

Experience needed includes a relevant degree or equivalent, significant bus operations experience, client engagement, report writing, and relationship management skills.
