Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant - Binder Operations in London for an initial 6-month contract. You will oversee Binding Authority agreements, coordinate delegated authority activities across multiple functions, and support Coverholder onboarding and due diligence.

The role requires deep knowledge of Binding Authority and governance within the Lloyd's/London Market, plus strong stakeholder management and meticulous record-keeping to ensure compliant operations.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Binding Authority and Delegated Authority experience within Lloyd's or the London Market.
• Proven track record managing binder lifecycles including onboarding, renewals and amendments.
• Strong understanding of Coverholders, MGA arrangements and delegated authority governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail; ability to act as a technical reference.

A global specialist insurance business is looking for a Senior Consultant - Binder Operations to join its underwriting governance function on an initial 6-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate Binding Authority agreements across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, amendments and termination.


• Coordinate delegated authority activity across underwriting, operations, compliance, brokers and external stakeholders.


• Support Coverholder onboarding, applications, due diligence and associated documentation.


• Maintain accurate records, operational controls and reporting, while providing technical guidance on complex binder matters.

We're looking for

• Strong experience in Binding Authority / Delegated Authority within the Lloyd's or London Market.


• Practical experience managing binder lifecycles, including renewals, amendments and onboarding.


• Strong understanding of Coverholders, MGA arrangements and delegated authority governance.


• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and attention to detail, with the confidence to operate as a technical point of reference.
