Responsibilities

• Undertaking sustainability assessments for accreditation schemes (e.g., BREEAM, LEED), including leading project assessments, chairing meetings, collecting and reviewing evidence, preparing reports, advising on scores, and maintaining tracking schedules.
• Conducting Environmental/Sustainability Gap Analyses.
• Supporting technical studies such as sustainability and resilience EIA chapters and sustainable master planning.
• Producing sustainability strategies, statements, and policies.
• Providing delivery support to the team and developing sustainability thought leadership.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Understanding of technical and commercial aspects related to sustainability assessments.
• Experience in delivering accreditation projects successfully.
• Training and licensing in relevant schemes (e.g., BREEAM).
• Strong technical analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience in thought leadership and knowledge of wider sustainability and climate issues.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and report writing skills.

Desired Skills

• Professional membership (e.g., BREEAM AP).
• Experience with Tracker-Plus and IES TaP.
• Managing complex projects and programs is advantageous.
