Job description

As a member of the Tech team, you will support the delivery of a wide range of Top 100 global client projects, tackling complex but exciting AdTech and MarTech business issues with multi-disciplined stakeholders. You will need to be confident in both your technical and client engagement skills and provide a very high level of client service, which is a hallmark of Ebiquity. Our structured, project-led approach places this position as a vital role within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Key Activities

  • Navigate and assess the following technologies identifying operational inefficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities to streamline processes:
  • Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
  • Ad Verification & Brand Safety Solutions
  • Creative AdTech, Workflow and Production
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) & Data Management Platforms (DMPs)
  • Ad Servers & Identity Solutions
  • Data Clean Rooms & Privacy-Preserving Technologies
  • Tag Management & Measurement Tools
  • Ai Technologies & Solutions
  • Assist in client local market assessments, contributing expertise in ad technology, operational processes, data performance, and creative technology infrastructures.
  • Evaluate the AdTech ecosystem and the end-to-end activities from creative inception to media activation and business reporting.
  • Engage with new technology vendors and start-ups, assessing their potential impact on enhancing advertising efficiency, personalisation, and privacy compliance.
  • Provide guidance on industry trends, including the adoption of AI-driven marketing automation, predictive analytics, and real-time media bidding strategies.
  • Respond to day-to-day inquiries from internal departments and clients regarding AdTech and MarTech topics.
  • Support project leads in building detailed and professional collateral for clients and internal Ebiquity teams, documenting key takeaways from client meetings.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of operational, technology, and resource RFI/RFP questionnaires.
  • Contribute to the design of proof-of-concept initiatives for clients to assess business impact and formulate measurement frameworks for evaluating outcomes.
  • Document commercials and pricing structures with key technology vendors to build a reference database of industry benchmarks.
  • Support project leads in developing a structured approach to uncovering client challenges, ensuring vendor discussions focus on problem-solving rather than product selling.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with AdTech and MarTech solutions (as listed above).
  • Up to 2+ years of experience in a relevant field, though we are open to candidates with a strong passion for learning and personal development.
  • Ability to synthesise insights from various sources, including meeting notes, voice recordings, and documentation.
  • Confidence in explaining AdTech platforms, troubleshooting, optimising workflows, and maximising operational efficiency.
  • Awareness of key industry topics, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Mac Keynote.
  • Competence in setting up project plans and using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Planner, Jira).
  • Attention to detail, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all internal and external documentation.
