Inner Circle Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant with extensive experience in the public sector. The role involves leading complex projects, engaging with clients, and mentoring junior colleagues while ensuring quality standards. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills and a desire to contribute positively to the team's success.
As a senior consultant, you will bring substantial experience in your specialist field and a consultancy role. You will have a sound knowledge of the public sector and current policy and political issues affecting it. You will be able to evidence previous experience in project management on at least three major projects, preferably in the public sector and using nationally accredited methodologies.

· Core consulting activities: problem analytics, research, options appraisal & solution development, risk management, influencing
· Leading multidisciplinary project teams of colleagues and partners on complex projects and programme
· Engaging with clients and multiple stakeholders at a senior level
· Delivering a portfolio of programmes and projects on time, to budget and to the required quality standards
· Creating and maintaining strong and productive relationships with clients, colleagues and partners
· Helping to maintain and continually enhance the Inner Circle quality standards and lead internal R&D projects
· Participating in businesses networking events and client entertainment to further enhance the reputation and attractiveness of the organisation
· Mentoring more junior colleagues and contributing to their professional and personal development.
