Role/Department

This is a senior role within a global, follow-the-sun team focused on incident management in GS and C&IS. The role involves guiding others, solving complex issues independently, and potentially leading projects or ongoing activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and triage incident command centers in collaboration with Technology to respond and recover from operational or technology-related incidents.
  • Collaborate with GS and C&IS teams to monitor threats and vulnerabilities across technology platforms and market infrastructures.
  • Support the development and updating of incident communication templates for stakeholder updates during business-impacting events.
  • Assist in post-incident assessments, documenting findings, root causes, and follow-up actions.
  • Provide incident management stakeholder training as needed.
  • Coordinate between GS & C&IS teams and Corporate Risk Incident Response Teams, including stakeholder actions and reporting.
  • Ensure operational, productivity, and volatility metrics are in place for business reporting and escalation.
  • Represent C&IS and GS in LIRT, BIRT, and CIRT meetings where necessary.
  • Support the resolution of complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.
Skills and Experience
  • Several years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Risk, or Controls.
  • Knowledge of crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
