Ruth Moran are currently looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants for a Construction Recruitment background to work for one of our prestigious client, great offices friendly environment with monthly bonus and incentives. Other Recruitment backgrounds will be considered if you don't come from the construction sector.

The role will involve

• Business Development
• Attending Client meetings (Zoom or face to face)
• Management of advertisments on various job boards
• Linkedin pipelining and searches
• Screening CVs and candidates
• Arranging interviews and offers of employment
• Dealing with the whole 360 perms recruitment process

If you are already in the recruitment industry and know your stuff then this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and work for a company that value their staff. This is avery warm desk with existing clients, PSLs and a database of both lapsed clients and candidates. There are vacancies to work on from day 1. 50% of the new business wins are incoming from client referals.
