Key responsibilities include:

• Business Development
• Attending client meetings (Zoom or face-to-face)
• Managing advertisements on various job boards
• LinkedIn pipelining and searches
• Screening CVs and candidates
• Arranging interviews and employment offers
• Handling the full 360-degree recruitment process
