Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience in residential project management to join an international consultancy's Living Sector team based in Liverpool Street, London. The role involves leadership across all stages of fast-paced, high-profile residential projects, from initial engagement and design through to construction and delivery, primarily for their Residential sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the design, procurement, and construction of newbuild, refurbishment, and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals are met with high satisfaction.
- Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating project terms.
- Collaborating with internal teams (cost consultancy, interior design, engineering) and external consultants and contractors for seamless project delivery.
- Overseeing budgets, revenue forecasts, and billing to meet profitability targets.
- Ensuring projects adhere to standards, health and safety guidelines, and regulations, while mitigating risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in managing residential projects for occupiers and investors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships, including pitching and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree and preferably a professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) in fit-out project management.
