Senior Project Manager (Consultancy) - Corporate Commercial team - London

An international, team-focused consultancy is opening their Liverpool Street office to a qualified Senior Project Manager with experience in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

The role involves leadership across all stages of fast-paced, high-profile projects, from initial engagement and design through to construction and delivery for their Corporate Commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the design, procurement, and construction of Category A and B fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Acting as the main client contact, ensuring goals are met with high satisfaction.
• Identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating project terms.
• Collaborating with internal teams (cost consultancy, interior design, engineering) and external consultants and contractors.
• Overseeing budgets, revenue forecasts, and billing to meet profitability targets.
• Ensuring projects adhere to standards, health and safety guidelines, and regulations while mitigating risks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects for occupiers and investors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships at senior levels, including pitching and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree and preferably a professional qualification (e.g., MRICS) in fit-out project management.

Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 plus performance-based bonus.
