Job summary

Guildmore Limited is seeking a Project Manager with cladding remediation experience to oversee construction projects from start to finish. Lead all project disciplines—design, commercial, and production—while maintaining health and safety compliance and Guildmore quality standards.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, produce weekly reports, and drive on-time delivery within budget. Requires degree in construction, 10+ years PM experience, and SMSTS/First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years post-graduation experience in construction project management.
• SMSTS and First Aid qualifications required.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise RC frames and residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project leadership and team management across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with Guildmore quality standards and health & safety policies.
• Establish and manage client and stakeholder relationships with clear progress reporting.
• Interpret contractor proposals and employer requirements; communicate obligations to the team.
• Develop and monitor programmes; chair subcontractor coordination meetings and track progress.
• Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities for best-value delivery.
• Oversee design coordination and ensure buildability and compliance.
• Implement Guildmore's quality management system across the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project cost, preliminaries, and risk; identify savings opportunities.
