Senior Project Manager – Manchester

Join a thriving, collaborative consultancy delivering complex projects across the built environment. Following a continued increase in workload, our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Manchester.

The role will suit someone commercially astute and delivery-focused, with the confidence to manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

Role Summary

  • Lead and manage construction projects from brief through to completion.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, programming, and risk management.
  • Chair key project meetings and produce board-level reporting.
  • Ensure project documentation, trackers and financial reports are kept up to date.
  • Maintain quality and ISO-compliance across all job folders.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Support, coach and manage junior staff where required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering construction projects as a Senior PM.
  • Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Confident communicator and capable of leading teams and meetings.
  • Comfortable working across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
  • Capable of managing consultants, contractors and clients effectively.
  • Experience with ISO-compliance and SharePoint would be advantageous.
