The Senior Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be a key player in a vibrant and dedicated team. You will have the unique opportunity to lead and influence high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards.


Your role will include:

  1. Overseeing and driving the progress of projects within the Commercial and Leisure sectors, with a particular focus on office developments.
  2. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  3. Implementing strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.
  4. Demonstrating leadership in managing and motivating project teams.
Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a consultancy, design, or contractor setting, showcasing a strong track record in project management.

A BSc/MSc degree in Construction Management or a related field, reflecting a strong foundational knowledge in the industry.

Accreditation such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Building), underscoring a commitment to professional excellence.
