• Significant project management experience in the Construction Industry.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Certified in SMSTS via CITB.

Responsibilities

• Regular communication with clients and design team.
• Working closely with the Commercial Team.
• Develop method statements and risk assessments.
• Sourcing labour and maintaining productivity.
• Day to day operational planning and problem solving.
• Ensuring compliance with Quality Procedure.
• Preparing reports.
• Ensuring project KPI's are met.
• Reporting contractual risk situations.
• Supervising quality throughout the project.
