Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Planning Professional to lead end-to-end scheduling across multiple construction projects. You will coordinate master schedules, manage baselines and critical paths, and work closely with clients, contractors and internal teams on a daily basis.

You will use Primavera P6 and Tableau to deliver high-value scheduling insights, perform risk and schedule analyses, and ensure schedule integrity across projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
• Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to analyse schedule data and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule.
• Work with cross-functional teams to plan, develop and execute construction schedules.
• Regular travel to construction sites is expected.
• Develop and maintain a detailed construction program using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multi-project environments.
• Provide interface and quality assurance to project teams and contractors regarding schedule performance.
