Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Planner to support our Real Estate division in London. You will deliver detailed, integrated programmes across design, procurement and construction, and provide pre-construction planning and advisory services to clients.

The role requires a proven track record and expertise in planning tools (Asta Powerproject, Primavera, MS Project) with experience across diverse sectors. Collaboration with PM and Cost teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects as a Senior Planner/Project Planner (10+ years) with UK main contractor or PM consultancy.
• Experience on Residential, Commercial, Education, Leisure, Industrial, Health & Retail projects.
• Proficient use of Asta Powerproject; Primavera and MS Project a bonus.
• Experience advising clients in pre-construction planning, programming or project controls would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce logic-linked, detailed integrated programmes (design, procurement, construction) with a build strategy and phasing plans.
• Provide pre-construction planning and programming advice to clients, including development and scheduling services.
• Support project team planning functions and highlight issues within the programme.
• Provide planning direction to project teams and generate programme assurance reports for clients.
