Job summary

STRABAG SE is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our Build Subdivision in the UK. In this role, you will manage planning and programme control activities across pre-construction and ensure projects are delivered according to client expectations.

Key responsibilities include developing project programmes, conducting site visits, and mitigating risks. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including private health cover and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Advanced competence in appropriate Planning software.
• Proven experience developing and managing programmes using Asta Powerproject.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all planning and programme control activities across pre-construction.
• Develop, maintain and manage detailed project programmes.
• Review the Employer’s Requirements, Contract Data, and Works Information.

Skills

Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts

Advanced competence in appropriate Planning software

Broad experience within appropriate construction environment

Proven experience developing and managing programmes using Asta Powerproject

Experience in the use of TILOS software

Membership of CIOB or ICE

Experience in Risk Management

Experience in Industrial and Logistics Sector

Education

Degree/HND/HNC in Construction / Engineering
