Laminar Projects is seeking a Project Planner to enhance delivery of complex construction projects with top-tier planning. You will devise strategies, translate them into a linked plan, and analyse with planning software to help teams prioritise work.

You’ll join our Project Planning Team, collaborating with discipline directors and delivering scalable, repeatable solutions while developing yourself and others. Some travel and hybrid work are expected.

Qualifications

• Construction engineering background with 2+ years on construction projects and strong planning interest.
• Excellent written and verbal English with ability to influence construction teams.
• Proactive leadership capabilities and collaborative mindset.
• Track record of delivering impact through scalable, repeatable planning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for one or more projects and ensure it is followed; mitigate delays and manage commercially.
• Ensure the project team understands and focuses on the plan, even when challenged.
• Provide simple, actionable reports to stakeholders to improve delivery.
• Develop scalable best practices and tools in collaboration with the team for long-term impact.
• Educate our clients and team to improve project outcomes and knowledge.
