We are looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Planner to join our high-performing preconstruction team.

This is a critical role responsible for producing accurate and competitive programmes that support successful project delivery from the very beginning.

This is an office based role in Borehamwood

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse tender and bid documents to produce detailed programmes covering design, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning
• Coordinate with bid and technical teams to align planning outputs with project strategy and client requirements
• Develop tender programmes into fully resourced, first-principal construction programmes
• Provide planning insight, risk analysis, and reporting to support commercial and operational decisions
• Represent planning in client and internal meetings throughout the preconstruction phase
• Ensure compliance with planning processes, standards, and tools across the business
• Mentor and guide other planners, supporting the development of a strong planning team

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in pre-construction and delivery planning across complex projects
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and planning tools
• Understanding of construction methods, contract forms such as NEC, FIDIC, and project controls
• Clear communication, critical thinking, and the ability to operate under pressure in competitive bid environments
