About Our Client:
Our client is a leading UK construction firm specialising in affordable housing, residential development, and regeneration projects. They partner with housing associations, local authorities, and private developers to create sustainable, mixed-use communities.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Construction Planner with extensive experience in residential and mixed-use schemes (over £40M) to manage multiple live projects and tenders.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven background in site management, project management, or site engineering.
2. Experience in managing large residential schemes and housing projects.
3. Strong ability to handle tenders and live schemes simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in JCT contracts (D&B experience is desirable).
5. Ability to produce tender programmes and detailed DPC programmes with minimal guidance.
6. Experience with 2-stage tenders and Gateway sign-offs.
7. Familiarity with Passive House construction (desirable, but not essential).
8. Skilled in ASTA Powerproject (MSP is a plus).
9. Valid CSCS card and driving license required.
