Job summary

Wood is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate on-site activities in Ayrshire, Southwest Scotland. The successful candidate will ensure project completion on time and within budget while adhering to quality and safety standards. Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of ISCED Level 5 (technical diploma) or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
• Vocational qualification such as NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management is an advantage.
• Recognised HSE qualification desirable (IOSH or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution strategies and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with discipline managers and other departments.
• Ensure quality and integrity of each project, maintaining schedule and budget.
• Execute work in accordance with quality standards and project requirements.
• Lead all construction reports and ensure delivery against milestones.
