Qualifications

• Proven track record leading mid-large scale commercial construction projects.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and supply chain partners.
• Strong budget and contract document interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project from cradle to handover, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, supply chain, and third parties to meet obligations.
• Develop and implement the delivery programme and project strategy.
• Monitor delivery performance and manage risks and opportunities.
• Drive best practice and continuous improvement on site.
