Due to an increased project pipeline and recent company growth, a market-leading mission-critical principal contract is actively recruiting a Senior Construction Manager for a new data centre project in Amsterdam. This role will suit someone who is career ambitious and sees themselves as a Division Lead or Contracts Manager in the future.

In terms of experience, someone from a data centre background is advantageous but not necessary. Project delivery ability, proven track record, and knowledge of CSA and M&E packages experience is key.

You will work for a market-leading contractor with a diverse business model that demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practices. With the order book full for several years, there is excellent scope for a credible Senior Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.

Just so you know, you would be employed under the host country employment law. On offer is a competitive salary + Accommodation + flights + travel + bonus.

• 5+ years in a senior project delivery role with full project experience from the ground up
• Data Centre experience is preferable.
• Demonstrable sound and extensive construction technical and legislative knowledge.
