Job summary

Unite People is recruiting a Senior Construction Manager on the client side to lead a major civil infrastructure and enabling works programme in West London.

You'll oversee site delivery, manage Tier 1 contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest technical standards, working closely with stakeholders and the client.

This long-term opportunity offers influence over delivery on a flagship project and visibility across senior management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience delivering complex civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing Tier 1 contractors on large-scale schemes.
• Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction best practice.
• Experience reviewing programmes using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Confident communicator able to challenge contractors and influence outcomes.
• Black CSCS, SMSTS and relevant management qualifications.

We’re working with a leading client to appoint an experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of a major civil infrastructure and enabling works programme in West London. This is a client‑side opportunity where you’ll be responsible for leading site delivery, managing Tier 1 contractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest technical standards.
