We are recruiting a Telecoms Construction Manager to be a key team member, responsible for delivering and managing all aspects of Telecoms installations, technical assurance, and commercial and contract management within the Rail sector.

Your Purpose:

• Coordinate all construction project activities, including actions of AtkinsRéalis, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and their representatives.
• Lead and implement the overall project safety programs, ensuring compliance with local and national safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze project safety, cost, schedule, and quality performance, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
• Control project expenditures and services, ensuring field operations stay within budget.
• Maintain client relationships; serve as the primary contact for client communication regarding field activities.
• Adhere to all AtkinsRéalis construction procedures and processes, noting and approving any deviations with the Technical Head of Construction.
• Coordinate all construction activities to support project plans and schedules.
• Develop and implement training programs for subordinate personnel to enable responsibility expansion.
• Report to the Practice Director for Construction Delivery and to the Project Manager/Director for project responsibilities.
