This is a key leadership role, combining hands‑on project delivery with regional accountability. You'll oversee a portfolio of projects ranging from £30,000 to £10 million, manage Construction Managers and Site Managers, drive business growth, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably.
This is a field-based role, offering a combination of working from the office, on‑site across the region, and from your home address, providing flexibility while maintaining close engagement with projects, clients and operational teams.
You're a commercially minded construction professional with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, build strong relationships at all levels, and are passionate about developing people, delivering exceptional projects and driving regional success.
