• Take lead of the construction activity on site.
• Ensure the project is ran in line with the programme.
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the project is within budget.
• Manage relationship with the client.
• Ensure a high level of health & safety is adhered to.
• Quality control.
• Direct line management for trade package managers.

My client are a well established construction company that work on high rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join them, first project being a new build apartment scheme in East London!
