About the Role

Our Senior Construction Managers play a vital role, overseeing project sites to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include creating budgets, liaising with clients, supervising teams, maintaining quality control, and mitigating risks.

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for delivering a section of a large scheme, reporting to a Project Manager or Project Director, or manage a smaller site with direct reporting to a visiting Project Director.
• Ensure safety compliance on site.
• Manage resources, track works, report progress, and develop corrective plans.
• Keep accurate records of works, including delays or scope changes, and communicate these to relevant parties.
• Manage training and competency of operatives on site.
• Ensure quality standards and oversee defect close-out.
• Build lasting relationships with the supply chain and client team.
