Job summary

ISS Labour is seeking a Senior Construction Manager – M&E for a BESS site in Fife. You will lead on-site M&E construction activities, coordinating electrical, mechanical, civil and commissioning teams to deliver safe, compliant results.

Role requires proven subcontractor and site team leadership, strong HSEQ knowledge, and a track record on major energy infrastructure projects. This ongoing contract starts September 2026 and offers CIS-enabled payment terms.

Qualifications

• Senior-level construction management experience on energy projects.
• Strong M&E background for major infra projects.
• Experience on BESS, substations or renewables is essential.
• Proven subcontractor and on-site team leadership.
• Solid understanding of HSEQ, RAMS, and construction programmes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• SMSTS or equivalent M&E qualifications.

Hours: 10 hours paid per day

Payment: CIS available
