About the Project:
We are delivering a high-profile hospitality fit-out project in Central London with a contract value of £13m. The scheme requires exceptional attention to detail, programme management, and delivery to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the site delivery of this fast-paced and complex project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale hospitality, hotel, or high-end fit-out projects and be capable of driving programme, managing subcontractors, and maintaining exemplary quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring programme milestones are achieved.

  • Manage subcontractors and direct labour, driving productivity and quality.

  • Oversee health & safety compliance in line with CDM regulations.

  • Coordinate with the project manager, commercial team, consultants, and client representatives.

  • Ensure the fit-out is delivered to the highest standards, in line with brand and client expectations.

  • Resolve site issues swiftly, maintaining momentum on critical path activities.

  • Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and mitigations to senior management.

  • Lead and mentor site teams, fostering a collaborative and proactive working environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of site management experience, with at least 5 in a senior construction manager role.

  • Proven track record in hospitality, hotel, or high-end commercial fit-out projects.

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and finishing trades.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and commercial awareness.

  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black), First Aid certification required.
