Qualifications

• Senior CM delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience on power plants, depots, or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of site establishment, utilities, earthworks, and handover.
• Experience with regulatory planning conditions and environmental permits.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction delivery of early works, ancillaries and infrastructure.
• Develop integrated construction sequences and site logistics strategy.
• Lead constructability reviews and early warning controls.
• Define dates for design info, equipment, and temporary infra.
• Manage interfaces with nuclear island, turbine island, BoP and grid.
• Lead procurement input, contractor coordination and performance.
• Oversee on-site and off-site logistics and handover readiness.
• Ensure health and safety, quality and governance in nuclear context.
• Foster collaborative, inclusive, learning-oriented site culture.
