Senior Construction Lawyer - Cardiff

*NEW* fantastic opportunity for a skilled Senior Construction Lawyer to join the successful Cardiff team of this top 100 law firm.

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic commercial property practice, focusing on high-profile development projects. Working alongside our Real Estate and Construction teams, you'll provide expert advice on construction contracts, public procurement, dispute resolution, and more.

You will play a pivotal role in complex projects, advising funders, developers, occupiers, and public sector clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead construction work in Wales and advance your career with the support of a top-tier firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver expert legal advice on construction matters, from contracts to dispute resolution.
  2. Collaborate with Real Estate partners on development projects.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Minimum 5 years' PQE in construction law, with experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
  2. Expertise in construction law, particularly in the development and public sector spaces.
  3. Proven ability to manage billing targets and deliver excellent client service.
