Referment is recruiting a Senior Construction Associate for a regional law firm. The role blends construction-law advisory work with supervision, team development and business development responsibilities.

You will manage your own caseload, provide commercially practical advice, and mentor junior lawyers to raise technical capability and performance across the practice.
