Job summary

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, seeks a Principal Connectivity Product Manager to join the ICE Global Network (IGN) in London. The role centers on owning the connectivity product, defining the strategy, and shaping bespoke solutions for a fast-paced trading ecosystem.

You will partner with Sales Engineering and Network Engineering to assess feasibility, design high-level options, and drive commercial viability from concept through launch.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in technology or engineering.
• 6+ years of experience in a product role or as a technical expert dealing with financial network services or related sectors.
• Experience delivering non-standard connectivity solutions with design emphasis.
• Exposure to cloud connectivity options (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of trading venue infrastructures and market data protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of IGN connectivity solutions and manage the global offering with the IGN product team.
• Scope non-standard requests with Sales Engineering; assess feasibility, design options, and commercial impact.
• Supervise network initiatives, projects and product launches with timelines to management.
• Build relationships with network engineering, data center, PMO and Sales teams; drive commercial success.
• Identify new solutions, build business cases with P&L, and lead go-to-market plans and launches.
