Job summary

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, is seeking a Principal Connectivity Product Manager in London to own the IGN connectivity network solutions, partner with Sales Engineering and Network Engineering, and drive commercial viability for bespoke offerings.

You will work across internal and external stakeholders, balancing engineering and product responsibilities, with a focus on market data, connectivity, and solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in technology or engineering.
• 6+ years in product or technical role in financial networks.
• Experience with trading venues or market data protocols.
• Hands-on network design, high- and low-level design.
• Familiarity with cloud connectivity options.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of IGN connectivity network solutions and manage the global offering in collaboration with the wider IGN product team.
• Scope non-standard requests with Sales Engineering and Network Engineering; assess feasibility and design options.
• Lead go-to-market, pricing and project governance for new solutions; join steering committees.
• Build and monitor KPIs; report to senior management.
• Engage with IGN customers during QBR-type events and translate feedback into business cases.
