A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Conflicts Lawyer to join its international risk team. This role provides critical support across the firm’s global offices, focusing on conflicts analysis related to new matters, client intake, and lateral hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze conflict reports for new matters and hires.
• Identify and advise on potential legal and business conflicts.
• Draft and manage conflict waivers; oversee ethical walls and legal screens.
• Liaise directly with partners, counsel, and firm leadership.
• Guide and support a team of non-lawyer risk analysts.
• Assist with engagement letters and respond to policy queries.
• Contribute to risk and compliance projects on an ad hoc basis.

Key Skills & Experience:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2–5 years' experience in a commercial law firm.
• Solid background in legal conflicts of interest and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong judgment, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a global team.
• Experience with InTapp or similar conflicts systems is a plus.
