Senior Conflicts Analyst – Legal Services – Leeds (Remote, 2.30pm–10.30pm Shift)

A global professional services firm is seeking a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its remote Business Acceptance team. Working a 2.30pm–10.30pm UK shift , you’ll play a key role in reviewing and resolving complex conflict checks for new business across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and interpret complex conflict search results, identifying potential legal and commercial conflicts. Support Conflicts Analysts with queries, training, and escalations. Liaise directly with lawyers and business teams to validate matter data. Assist with the creation and maintenance of information barriers and review waiver requests. Contribute to the development of internal guidance and compliance best practices.

Key Requirements:

4+ years’ experience in a conflicts role within a law firm or legal services setting. Strong research and analysis skills, with high attention to detail. Able to handle large volumes of information with discretion and accuracy. Proactive and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and remote working environment.
