We're hiring: Senior Conference Producer – iGaming, Entertainment & Esports

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days WFH)

Salary: £55,000 + 10% bonus

Are you an experienced conference producer with a passion for high-growth industries like iGaming, entertainment, or esports? We’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer to lead the research, development, and execution of cutting-edge B2B events in this fast-paced and dynamic space.

In this role, you'll:

1. Identify emerging trends and hot topics through deep industry research
2. Curate compelling conference agendas and secure top-level speakers
3. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams

What you bring:

1. Proven experience in B2B conference production (ideally in tech, gaming, media or similar sectors)
2. Strong commercial mindset and understanding of what drives audience and sponsor value
3. Excellent research, communication, and project management skills
