Role Overview:

Join us as a Senior Conductor at Sunderland. We value motivation, proactivity, and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. No prior conductor experience is required as full training is provided.

Training & Development:

1. Six weeks of classroom theory learning.
2. Practical training with a Senior Conductor Mentor.
3. Modules include rules, regulations, route learning, fire safety, and track safety.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work within rules and regulations.
• Calmness under pressure, alertness, and vigilance.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to work shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Reside within 60 minutes of Sunderland depot.
