Job summary

MADE Careers is partnering with an award-winning international architecture and design practice in London to appoint a Senior Computational Designer. The role focuses on leading computational design across major international projects, using Rhino/Grasshopper to push complex geometry from concept to construction.

You'll work with senior designers and BIM teams, developing parametric models, scripting workflows, and exploring AI-assisted design tools, with hybrid working and a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in computational design within architecture.
• Degree and Master's qualification in Architecture.
• Advanced Rhino and Grasshopper skills are essential.
• Strong computational and parametric design ability, with Python or C# scripting highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex parametric models using Rhino and Grasshopper.
• Build scripted workflows to explore, test and refine design solutions.
• Work closely with design and BIM teams to translate computational models into deliverable documentation.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI assisted design tools.
• Present design concepts and computational processes to clients and consultants.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to computational design knowledge across the studio.
