BWB Consulting Ltd is seeking a BIM Automation Engineer to develop Dynamo and Python tools that automate repetitive modelling tasks within Revit, improving consistency and design delivery across projects.

You will connect engineering data with practical design workflows, mentor BIM teams, and explore emerging technologies to drive improvements in digital engineering and design delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo.
• Strong Python scripting skills with Revit API or Dynamo Python nodes.
• Advanced Excel skills for cleaning and structuring datasets.
• Experience developing parametric modelling frameworks and computational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop Dynamo and Python scripts to automate repetitive modelling and design tasks.
• Translate technical requirements into reliable tools for Revit production.
• Create workflows that feed engineering data and parameters into BIM models.
• Ensure automated models meet project standards and coordination requirements.
• Mentor colleagues adopting computational design and automation tools.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and turn ideas into practical improvements.
