This position reports to the Head of Composite Design or their designee and is located in Maranello, Italy. The role involves collaborating in planning and strategy for component development and race introduction.
GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. A Mechanical Engineering university degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of professional motorsports experience, including design, is required. FEA experience is a plus.
The role requires working in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, possibly involving domestic and international travel, long hours, including weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, manual dexterity, and working around machinery, race cars, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
