Job description

2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. We don't follow the status quo; we're here to challenge the competition, and we want you to join us.

The first American Formula 1 team to compete since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction, coming off its second-best season to date in Formula 1.

We're a racing team — not a corporate machine. We have three headquarters: Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK, and Maranello in Italy. Each is powered by passionate, loyal, and hardworking team ambassadors. Within the paddock, we're known as the 'family team.' At MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, you'll be involved in various areas of the team, gain broader visibility across the business, and see your contributions clearly.

Yes, you'll learn from us, but we also expect to learn from you!
