Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead a multifunction team responsible for gas, electrical, lift, water hygiene, and other landlord compliance disciplines across assets in the North West. The role focuses on delivering safe, compliant services and continuous improvement in performance and value for money.

You will manage relationships with contractors and stakeholders, drive operational performance against KPIs, and ensure regulatory standards are met while supporting agile

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with contractors, stakeholders and customers.
• Senior management experience in a compliance context.
• Experience managing procurement processes.
• Knowledge of monitoring landlord compliance activities and safety inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor property compliance activities to meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead a service across gas, electrical, lift, water hygiene, asbestos, smoke/CO, and M&E.
• Use data and evidence to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Lead and develop a multifunction team in line with policies and guidance.
