Job summary

Cboe Europe is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to develop and deliver a risk-based compliance framework in London, overseeing a Compliance Monitoring Programme, independent second-line challenge and governance reporting.

You will advise the business on UK and EU regulatory requirements, maintain policies and filings, and collaborate with regulators to ensure timely submissions and ongoing oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Experience in compliance at an exchange or regulated firm.
• Familiarity with UK and EU regulatory regimes.

Responsibilities

• Implement the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme (CMP).
• Deliver the periodic Compliance Risk Assessment as a CMP driver.
• Stay up to date with UK/EU regulatory requirements.
• Assess impact of new regulatory changes on the business.
• Provide compliance advice to the business on regulations.
