Infused Solutions in London is seeking a Lead Specialist - Compliance & Regulation to join its regulatory team. This senior role will advise on regulatory requirements across qualifications and assessments, working with regulators and internal teams to ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.

You will lead regulatory responses, identify risks, manage improvement plans, and provide guidance to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of the UK regulatory and policy landscape for qualifications.
• A deep understanding of the Ofqual General Conditions of Recognition.
• Experience working within an awarding organisation, regulator or similar regulated environment.
• Knowledge of international and computer-based/onscreen assessments.
• An understanding of assessment methodology and validity.
• Experience in English Language assessment market is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory documentation and communicate clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying risks and developing practical improvement plans.
• Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Lead responses to regulatory requests within required timescales.
• Identify regulatory risks, trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead regulatory compliance reviews and improvement plans with cross-functional teams.
• Support root cause analysis and development of corrective actions.
• Provide updates to senior management on regulatory matters and risks.
• Maintain records of regulatory correspondence and identify emerging themes.
• Lead appeals processes and contribute to annual compliance/self-assessment.
• Deliver training and guidance on regulatory requirements and changes.
• Respond to queries on regulation interpretation and application.
• Support bids by identifying regulatory risks and enabling proposals.
• Build relationships with regulators and external stakeholders.
• Represent the organisation at external meetings and industry forums.
• Contribute to regulatory consultations and policy developments.
