Job summary

Redmayne Bentley is seeking a Senior Compliance Policy Officer to help the firm meet FCA requirements and implement key policy and financial crime controls. You will act as a senior advisor, bridging regulators and internal governance, ensuring regulatory developments are embedded into operations.

In this hybrid, permanent role, you will own the compliance policy framework, lead horizon scanning, provide change impact assessments, and support a culture of robust compliance across the firm.

Qualifications

• Regulatory policy knowledge essential, including FCA rules.
• Experience advising executive boards on policy matters.
• Track record of embedding compliance frameworks into operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory horizon scanning and anticipate changes.
