Senior Compliance Manager (Speak Up Program)

Role Context: As part of Worley's global Compliance team, you'll promote, oversee, and implement the Speak Up program, focusing on managing the hotline and employee relations investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Worley hotline and promote its use globally.
  • Administer the case management system, triage cases, and manage investigations, including scheduling, review, and closure.
  • Engage with stakeholders regarding investigation outcomes, facilitate discussions, and follow up.
  • Prepare sanitized case reviews and monitor remedial actions.
  • Produce monthly case management reports and statistics.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and board reports on cases.
  • Monitor mailbox queries and lodge reports on behalf of reporters.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the system.

Exclusions: Investigations related to legal, security, breach of law, or financial matters are outside this scope.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive experience in handling complex investigations in employee/industrial relations across multiple geographies.
  • Experience managing global hotlines and case management across jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders, timelines, and resources independently.
  • Responsibility, ownership, and ability to work across time zones.
  • Self-motivated, solution-oriented, with team-building skills.
