Job summary

AVEVA is seeking a Senior License Compliance Auditor to join our Software License Compliance function in London, UK. The role focuses on conducting software license compliance reviews, managing cases through resolution, and partnering with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Ops to ensure fair outcomes.

In this EMEA-focused position, you will forecast quarterly workload, report on compliance metrics, and support cross-functional teams to maintain licensing integrity. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in compliance auditing, contract/license compliance, or related roles requiring structured evidence review.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail with data/dataset handling.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute license compliance reviews end-to-end.
• Interpret license agreements to determine compliance and risks.
• Maintain audit trails and support external audits.
• Track cases in Salesforce and coordinate with Legal, Sales, Finance, Ops.
• Forecast and report on regional compliance workload.
